How big are the garden ornaments?
Every product page gives the dimensions in the description, and the photographs show pieces in context. If a size matters for the space you have in mind, ask us before ordering — we would rather answer a question than process a return.
Will concrete ornaments survive the winter?
Our concrete pieces are made for outdoor use and are sold as garden ornaments, not as frost-proof laboratory samples. Where a product has particular care or frost advice, it is on its product page. If it is not clear, ask us.
How do I look after brass and concrete?
Brass develops a natural patina outdoors; leave it to age or polish it back — both are normal. Concrete can be cleaned with water and a soft brush. Avoid pressure washers on decorative finishes.
Do you charge more for large items like pre-formed ponds?
No. Delivery is free on every order, including large items.
Something I want is out of stock — will it come back?
Our stock changes with the seasons. Email us and we will tell you whether and when we expect it back.
